Q. Who are IGTC and what type of company are you?
IGTC are an Independently owned family business. Unlike some companies we can offer our customers a wealth of experience in the Safety Footwear, Workwear and Safety Product market. With over 40 years experience in the industry you can rely on use to supply you with the best quality products available on the market today and provide all our customers with a trust worthy reliable service.
Q. If the items that I have ordered do not fit what can I do?
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or style all you need to do is contact a member of our customer service team by email or telephone and they will be happy to help you and arrange your exchange. You will be issued with a returns note along with instructions on how to return the items.There is no restocking charges for exchanges.
Q. I need some safety footwear urgently can you help?
Normally our standard courier is 48hrs from Despatch. However we do have the facility if you require some footwear urgently. For a small additional charge we can arrange a 24hr delivery. We do ask if you could let us know before 10.00am on the day before you require the delivery as the couriers do have deadlines to work to. In most cases we can complete 98% of urgent requests and we do offer a UK wide delivery service.
Q. I want to order a large quantity of footwear do you offer discounts?
Some companies either charge you for a loyalty card to obtain discount or you have to ask for discount. At IGTC we do not believe in either of these policies. We automatically discount your order, as we believe that our customers should be rewarded for their loyalty. Automatic Discounts are as follows:
Order value £100 ex VAT 5 % Discount Order value £200 ex VAT 10 % Discount Order value £300 ex VAT 15 % Discount Order value £1000+ ex VAT 20 % Discount
Q. Do you accept orders from the general public and businesses?
Yes we accept orders from everyone. Companies can open up credit accounts with us. Accounts are subject to approval and our terms and conditions. We do reserve the right to refuse accounts and all applications are credit checked.
Q. I am a bit nervous using my credit card on the internet how secure is your payment method?
Our secure payments are provided by Protx secure payments and Paypal to ensure that when you complete your purchase you are using one of the most secure online payment systems available today. Registered Paypal customers can purchase through our Paypal secure payments system which with over 90 million registered is a trusted and secure method. If you do not wish to use the Paypal system you can choose our Credit and Debit card payment method which is provided by Protx. Protx is a secure portal that is trusted and used by many leading companies like ourselves and is also recommended by many of the leading banks. We have recently upgraded to the new 3D Secure system which significantly reduces the risk of fraudulent transactions.
Q. Do you accept official orders from NHS departments and official government bodies including councils?
We already supply numerous NHS and government departments across the country. All we require is an original copy of the purchase order and we will do the rest. If you wish to talk us further about your requirements please do not hesitate to contact a member of our customer service team.
