1.The contract between us
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Payment of the price for the goods represents an offer on your part to purchase the goods, which will be accepted by us only when the goods are dispatched. Only at this point is a legally binding contract created between us.

To enable us to process your order, you will need to provide us with your e-mail address. We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and to confirm details. For the avoidance of doubt, this correspondence does not constitute a contract between us.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods you have ordered are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail or phone (if you have given us details). You will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.

8. Ordering errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point on which you click on “submit” during the ordering process.

9. Price
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out on our website. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information.
Where it is not possible to accept your order to buy goods of the specification and description at the price indicated, we will advise you by email, and offer to sell you the goods of the specification and description at the price stated in the email and will state in the email the period for which the offer or the price remains valid.

10.Payment terms
We will take payment upon receipt of your order from your credit or debit card. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from you, then we can refuse to process your order and/or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.

11. Delivery charges
Delivery charges vary according to the type of goods ordered.

12. Delivery
12.1 Our delivery charges and schedule are set out below in 12.5 and 12.6.
12.2 You will be required to pay extra for delivery and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations.
12.3 We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed and therefore time is not of the essence. In any event, we will aim to deliver your goods within 30 days from the day after the day we received your order. If delivery is delayed beyond this time, we will contact you and either agree a mutually acceptable alternative date, or offer you a full refund.
12.4 You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
12.5 We endeavour to deliver your order right away. On the majority of products, unless where specified, your order normally be delivered to you in 1-2 working days, working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays, please allow 7-10 days before chasing your goods and up to 28 days delivery for all orders. We do send customers updates on deliveries via email, we strongly recommend that you add us to your Safe List of email addresses. We cannot be held responsible for customers emails being held in your Spam box unchecked and we cannot be held responsible for the Spam Filter settings that are set by Internet Service Providers. International orders are generally received in under 28 days. We will not be held responsible for delays in delivery, due to circumstances that may be beyond our control including adverse weather conditions, industrial action, acts of war etc. We always try and provide our customers with the best service possible but on the rare occasion due to circumstances beyond our control this is not always possible. If you require a faster delivery please contact a member of our customer service team on via our online portal contact us here who will be happy to assist with your urgent requirements.
12.6 Any dates, times or periods for delivery of Goods quoted by the Seller are estimates only and the Seller shall not be liable for failure to meet such estimates or for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by the Buyer as a result of any delay howsoever caused. All orders to the UK Mainland (excludes N. Ireland, Channel Islands and highlands and islands of Scotland) above are subject to a small shipping and handling charge of £5.95 excluding VAT. (£7.14 including VAT at the current rate). If the value of the order exceeds £75.00 excluding VAT orders to the UK Mainland are sometimes shipped free of charge, please note that there are some exclusions from this free delivery service. These exclusions from the free delivery service include Northern Ireland,The Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Mann, Isle of Wight and The Channel Islands, further exclusions may apply. Please note we do not use royal mail for any despatches. We use a signed for service with a Courier. Charges for Carriage are for one way delivery. Additional deliveries (except back orders) and exchange deliveries will incur an additional shipping charge at our standard rate £5.95 excluding VAT. (£7.14 including VAT at the current rate). A shipping charge is charged to all other destinations in Europe and the Rest of the World. If your country is not listed on the shipping options please contact our customer service team by email or by telephone and they will be able to assist in arranging shipment to your chosen destination. Refused deliveries will incur an additional redelivery cost of £5.95 + VAT (£7.14 including VAT at the current rate).
12.7 Track and Trace Orders are normally despatched within 1-2 Working Days on a next day service. The first working day for this service is the date of the order if ordered before 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm the following working day will be the first working day. Working days are Monday to Friday. We do not despatch any items on Weekends or Public holidays. If you require a faster service please contact us and we will be happy to arrange this for you. Additional charges apply for this Track and Trace service.
12.8 Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service. This service does not apply to all products listed on our website and is available only on a limited number of items. If you require same day despatch your order must be placed before 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm will be despatched the following working day Monday to Friday. We do not despatch any items on Weekends or Public holidays. If you require a faster service please contact us and we will be happy to arrange this for you. Additional charges apply for this Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service.
12.9 Delivery Shortages or carrier damage must be reported to us in writing within 3 Working Days from the date of Receipt of the Goods, we regret that we are unable to process any claims for shortages or carrier damage made beyond the 3 Working days from Receipt of Delivery of Goods.

13. Returns Policy
Return of goods will not be accepted in any circumstances without prior agreement from the seller. If the goods are returned back to us without an appropriate returns number they will be refused by our goods inwards staff.
We issue returns numbers so that when the goods arrive back to us we can identify who the products were purchased by and issue the appropriate action requested by the customer. We cannot be held responsible for customers not adhering to the returns procedure. The returns procedure is in place to protect you the customer, so you goods are easily tracked and your request can be handled in an efficient manner.

   Your right to cancel your order will be accepted Fourteen working days from commencement of the contract between the seller 'and the buyer and Fourteen working days following receipt of the goods by the buyer.
Notice of cancellation is required from the buyer to the seller in writing either by post or email. Written confirmation will then be forwarded to the buyer from the seller confirming the notice of cancellation and the buyer will be issued with an appropriate returns number.
All goods returned must be in a brand new unworn condition, this means that the goods and packaging should not have been used, opened or damaged. Certain products are non-returnable due to hygiene issues, safety spectacles, protective masks, underwear/undergarments etc. Bespoke/customised products or made to order goods are non returnable.

   The buyer is liable for any postage or carriage costs incurred returning the goods back to the seller.
Goods that are returned by the buyer and inspected by the seller and are deemed to be in a used or damaged condition, will be returned to the buyer and a refund will not be issued.
Please note that all requests for returns must be confirmed in writing either by email via our contact us page or by post. If you do require assistance or advice to return goods to us please contact a member of our customer services team by email who will be happy to assist and issue a returns number.
The return of goods outside the of the Fourteen working days as deemed by the Distance selling act is at the discretion of management. If a return is authorised outside of the Fourteen days the goods must be in the original packing and are unused, and in this instance a standard restocking charge of 30% of the original invoice value will be applied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you are returning your goods for a refund your chosen payment method will be credited minus our standard shipping charge of £5.95 ex VAT (£7.14 including VAT at the current rate) within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods being received. All requests for refunds and cancellations must be notified to us in writing and your refund will be processed within 14 days from the date of received written confirmation of cancellation. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing and cancellations will be refunded normally within 14 days from date of received written confirmation of cancellation. Additional deliveries and exchange deliveries will incur an additional shipping charge.
Warranty claims are handled separately to the returns and exchanges policy for refunds and exchanges. If you have a warranty claim please contact us and this will be handled by a member of our quality control team. You claim will be evaluated and if deemed necessary we require the goods back for further evaluation we will issue you with the relevant paperwork and shipping labels.
Consumers rights are protected by the Distance selling act 2000.

14. Risk and ownership
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you. You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered.

15. Cancellation rights
15.1 Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the legal right to cancel your order up to fourteen working days after the day on which you receive your goods (with the exception of any made to order items). You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. However, you will need to notify us in writing or in any other durable medium if you wish to cancel your contract.
15.2 You cannot cancel your contract if the goods you have ordered are bespoke (i.e. made to order) this includes made to order footwear, non catalogue items and customised clothing and accessories. Notice of cancellation is required from the buyer to the seller in writing either by post or email. Written confirmation will then be forwarded to the buyer from the seller confirming the notice of cancellation and the buyer will be issued with an appropriate returns number.

15.3 If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery, you should not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
15.4 Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited by us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible, and in any event within 30 days of cancellation.

16. Cancellation by us
16.1 We reserve the right not to process your order if:
16.1.1  We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
16.1.2  We do not deliver to your area; or
16.1.3  One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
16.2 If we do not process your order for the above reasons, we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit/debit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days.

17. Liability
17.1 If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them and decide to cancel the order rather than re-arrange delivery (in accordance with clause 11), we will provide you with a full refund.
17.2 We are only responsible for losses that are a natural, foreseeable consequence of our breach of these terms and conditions.  We do not accept liability if we are prevented or delayed from complying with our obligations set out in these terms and conditions by anything you (or anyone acting with your express or implied authority) does or fails to do, or is due to events which are beyond our reasonable control.
17.3 Furthermore, we do not accept liability for any losses related to any business of yours including but not limited to: lost data, lost profits, lost revenues or business interruption.
17.4 You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site.  The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws.  We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
17.5 Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.   You have certain rights as a consumer including legal rights (e.g. under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) relating to faulty and/or mis-describe goods.
17.6 Goods are not sold for any particular purpose even if implied in the catalogue or product data sheets. All implied terms and conditions and warranties relating to the quality and/or fitness for the purpose or any of the goods are excluded. The seller shall be under no liability whatsoever to the buyer for any indirect or consequential loss and/or expense (including loss of profit) suffered by the buyer arising out of breach of Contract by the Seller of this contract. In the event of any breach of Contract by the Seller the remedies of the buyer shall be limited to damages. Under no circumstances shall the liability of the Seller exceed the price of the Goods.
HSNC GROUP LIMITED shall not be held responsible for goods not fitting or comfort, all manufacturers fit and sizes vary. If you need to exchange your size you can do this via our returns procedure.

18. Notices
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent to our contact address at (insert postal address) and all notices from us to you will be displayed on our website from time to time.

19. Changes to legal notices
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.

20. Law, jurisdiction and language
This website, any content contained therein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.

21. Invalidity
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

22. Privacy
You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.

23. Third party rights
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to, nor shall it confer any rights on a third party.
